The NHCC swim team has a storied history of excellence in swimming. The team competes in the Long Island Swim League, composed of the neighboring country clubs. The season starts with our opening relay carnival in June. Then each club competes once against every other club in the league. The season ends with a League Championship Format that consists of Swim Trials, Junior Champs and Swim Champs.
